Abstract

The ultra-high speed data acquisition and processing system has been widely applied in many fields such as laser radar, high resolution microwave radar, software radio, digital measure instruments and virtual instruments, and so on. The design of ultra-high speed data acquisition system (UHDAS) is very complicated, because many factors should be considered. The application and system design of UHDAS are systematically introduced, including the methods of improving sample rate, holistic design, selection of devices and other problems that should be considered during design. At last, the application of UHDAS is introduced.
