Abstract

We experimentally demonstrated 100-Gb/s/λ PAM-4 TDM-PON downstream transmission in O-band using 10G-class DML and SOA pre-amplifier at the receivers. Power budget of 29 dB was achieved after 50-km transmission at pre-FEC BER threshold of 1×10-2.
