Abstract

A current sensorless control strategy of three-phase PWM rectifiers is presented. Double close-loop control method is applied in the system. DC voltage is regulated by the external loop PI regulator. The system can operate at unity power factor by controlling the active and reactive power with two inner loop hysteresis controllers. The input AC current can be reconstructed from the mathematical model of PWM rectifiers in order to eliminating current sensors. The simulation results prove that the system has good performance.
