Abstract

The authors regret that the foundational reference for the impact vector guidance concept underlying IVG was inadvertently omitted from the published article. In the Introduction, the relevant passage should read: “To address this challenge, recent studies have focused on developing impact angle control guidance (IACG) laws in the 2D plane and impact vector control guidance (IVCG) laws in 3D space that explicitly incorporate the FOV constraint. The underlying impact vector guidance concept was originally introduced in [1].” The missing reference is: [1] K. S. Erer, R. Tekin, Impact Vector Guidance, Journal of Guidance, Control, and Dynamics 44 (10) (2021) 1892–1901. https://doi.org/10.2514/1.G006087. This correction concerns attribution only and does not affect the results, discussion, or conclusions of the article. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
