Abstract

In the originally published version of this article, the authors inadvertently introduced errors in Figure 2, Figure 7, and Supplementary Figure 6 during the figure preparation process. Specifically: Figure 2: The y axis labels of panel (c) and (d) were inadvertently duplicated from panel (b). Figure 7: Panel (b) is a dupplicate of panel (a). Supplementary Figure 6: The y axis labels of panel (a) and (c) were inadvertently duplicated from panel (b). Figure 2: The y axis labels of panel (c) and (d) were inadvertently duplicated from panel (b). Figure 7: Panel (b) is a dupplicate of panel (a). Supplementary Figure 6: The y axis labels of panel (a) and (c) were inadvertently duplicated from panel (b). These errors were unintentional, and they do not affect the data, results, or the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The authors have provided the corrected versions of Figure 2, Figure 7, and Supplementary Figure 6 below. Fig. 2 Transcription analysis of ASAGF58 and H2. a Comparative transcriptome analysis of the DEGs between ASAGF58 and H2. b-d Bubble plot of the significant pathways with KEGG enrichment of DEGs at 72, 120, and 192 h, respectively (Figure presented.) Fig. 7 The regulatory mechanism of PurR on S. pogona. The concentration of (a) c-di-GMP and (b) c-di-AMP in H2 and ASAGF58. c Schematic illustration of gene expression related to purine metabolic pathway and strain growth. whiA/B: sporulation regulatory protein, whiG: RNA polymerase sigma factor, ftsK/W: cell division protein, ssgA: spore division protein, bldC: developmental transcriptional regulator (Figure presented.) Fig. S6 Enrichment analysis of DEGs. GO enrichment analysis was performed for down-regulated genes (a), 47 while KEGG enrichment analysis was conducted for both up-regulated genes (b) and down-regulated genes (c). (Figure presented.) The authors sincerely apologize for these errors and any confusion caused to the readers. The original article has been corrected.
