Abstract

T9 speed and torque relationship of the coupling mechanism and the working state of the main control components are analyzed. The influences of the clutch pressure, the speed and torque of the engine and motors on the system are studied, and select the appropriate control parameters. The control strategy of zero speed difference is presented, formulate a complete calibrate method for the control method. An open loop control strategy for multi operating conditions is formulated. Based on this strategy, the control parameters of the section-switch process are calibrated under various working conditions. The simulation results have shown that the control parameter calibration process is feasible. And the control strategy has achieved its function. The power and life span of the system are improved significantly.
