Abstract

In order to refit dual-motor-individual-drive electric drive system from mechanical transmission system on a light tracked vehicle, the reasonable performance parameters matching theory on induction motor and final drive of drive system is put forward according to the design and performance parameters of the whole vehicle. The hybrid modeling and collaborative simulation of running gear system and motor drive system on the whole vehicle is built by dynamics analysis software RecurDyn and control system analysis software Matlab/Simulink. The torque control strategy is put forward. The whole vehicle dynamic performances indicators are objective appraised from collaborative simulation and the reality vehicle load test The simulation and test results of dynamic performances indicators prove that the parameters matching on motor drive system and the whole vehicle is reasonable and feasible, the model of collaborative simulation and the control strategy is right, the electric drive tracked vehicle has excellent dynamic performances.
