Abstract

Aiming at the difficult problem of fine control for purchased material production process in assembly enterprises, a collaborative production process management method of purchased material for complex product assembly was proposed and a collaborative production process management system was developed. In this system, a collaborative management control mechanism by using collaborative control process model was constructed, which was supported by workflow management technology and cored by process collaborative control. Based on the hierarchical visual monitoring board, the multi-level visual monitoring and collaborative management and control of purchased material production process was realized. The algorithm of generating implemented purchased material was designed to output the data, and the developed system had been applied in aerospace-related manufacturing enterprise to verify its feasibility.
