Abstract
Toluene-2, 4-diisocyanate(TDI) and glycerin(GCR) as the reactants, the active substrates with AB2 structure was synthesized at low temperature, and then hyperbranched polyurethane(HBPU) was synthesized after heat and catalyze those substrates. The HBPU properties are that the molecule weight is 1.1368×104, the degree of branching is 0.4, the glass state transforming temperature is 111 °C. The melt point of HBPU transformed with stearic acid(HBPU-SA) is 55.1 °C. After mixing HBPU-SA with linetype polyurethane (polymerized with TDI and N220) and becoming mixed polymer, the tensile strength and elongation of the mixed polymer come up to maximums as the concentration of HBPU-SA is 15%, and the two maximums are 3.4 and 3.2 time of blank sample - linetype polyurethane, respectively.
