Abstract

In view of the actual measured data in typical aircraft environment using the channel sounder systems, the path loss characteristics in cabin environment at the center frequency 3.52 GHz are analyzed from the measured data of an aircraft. The parameters includ path-loss exponent, intercept and minimum mean square error in different measured positions. These results provids a reference to the establishment of the in-cabin wireless channel model. The power coverage in the distributed antennas systems (DAS) and the centralized antennas systems (CAS) is compared. It is proved that, with equal transmitting power, the DAS has a better uniform power coverage and better availability of the transmitting power than CAS in-cabin environment.
