Abstract

We investigate channel performances for indoor and outdoor terahertz (THz) wireless links with carrier frequencies of 100, 200, 300 and 400 GHz. Both line-of-sight and non-line-of-sight (specular reflection) data streams off of building walls are demonstrated.
