Capability modeling of digital equipment and its comprehensive estimation

Abstract

According to the characteristics of a digital equipment, its information is divided into six kinds and a model of digital manufacturing resource capability is presented using the feature modeling method. An evaluation system of machining capability of the equipment is set up in order to adapt the complicated manufacturing environment. The rules of filtration are first presented and a database of rules is set up. A synthetic estimation model is then founded using fuzzy synthetic estimation. The express rule of information mapping and bluring is thus proposed. The method of standardization for the evaluative value is presented too. The evaluating system has been adopted to cases in production and has realized the selection of optimization of digital equipment.
