Abstract

Because of data acquisition demands of the cooling system in an electric-drive armored-vehicle, Controller area network(CAN-bus) is introduced to build a data communication network for the cooling system. Then, through an RS232 interface, the network communicates with the host computer. Based on the design of the software and the hardware, the communication busload is analyzed. And the conclusion is Drawn that it is necessary to reduce the sampling rate of the high-frequency signal. Therefore, equivalent sampling and weighted average method is used for the second sampling. Test results show that the same low sampling rate is suited for cooling system data acquisition, and the RS232 interface can be used for real-time and effective data acquisition. The equivalent sampling and weighted average method reduces redundant data, and enhances anti-jamming capacity.
