Abstract
The combustion temperature and reaction heat of the MT and MTV pyrotechnics are calculated theoretically. The ratio of magnesium and Teflon is obtained when the highest temperature and reaction heat are produced. The amount of separated carbon and magnesium difluoride after combustion is calculated and analysised.
