Abstract

A perpendicularity adjustment method for camera optical axis based on automatic partition focusing was proposed to improve the spatial positioning accuracy of monocular micro-vision for plate microstructure. The method combines high-precision focusing technology and focusing distance accurate measurement technology. Based on the focusing distance deviation of corresponding region and the center distance of corresponding partition, the method can accurately calculate the deflection angle of the axis. Experimental results show that the method is simple, easy and practical, and has been successfully applied to the adjustment of the visual positioning system of micro structures.
