Abstract
Anti-dumping investigation agencies must be timely, accurate, and efficient to determine whether imports are causing injury to the domestic industry, as well as the extent of damage. Based on the anti-dumping theory and information engineering technology, this thesis proposes a computational method of the industry injury margin and the way to realize the computational method in the database. The result shows, with ancillary function of computing the industrial injury, the database system can help users to grasp the dynamic anti-dumping results and better measure the suffered damage caused by dumping behavior. It can also help the investigating authorities improve the scientific management and efficiency.
