Abstract
Hollow fiber membrane has attracted much attention due to its high packing density, small footprint and relatively low cost. In this paper, the Armos/PSf blend hollow fiber membrane was prepared by blending the Armos polymer solution with PSf through dry wet spinning. The study showed that the Armos were uniformly dispersed in the hollow fiber membrane, and the membrane section showed a loose porous structure. With the increase of the Armos blending content, the hydrophilicity and pure water flux were improved, but the retention of PEG-20000 decreased significantly. Then the hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared by interfacial polymerization using Armos/PSf blend hollow fiber membrane as the substrate. The optimal preparation conditions were as follows: the blend content of Armos in the substrate was 4%, the concentration of aqueous monomer PIP and organic monomer TMC were 3% and 0.15%, respectively. The best performance of the prepared hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membrane were that the flux was 8.40L/(m2·h), and the rejection of MgSO4 was 88%.
