Application of improved wavelet denoising method in gps attitude determination

Abstract

An improved wavelet denoising method is given to suppress noise from double difference carrier phase measurement in the GPS attitude determination. In this method, lifting scheme, instead of Mallat algorithm, was used in the translation-invariant algorithm to improve the computation structure. Theoretically, the new method would reduce the calculating time and improve the accuracy. Test results showed that the calculating time of the new method was about 50% of the former and the accuracy was upgraded by 20%.
