Abstract

For individual miners with the phenomenon of accident proneness, this study proposes to establish a competency model of miner safety management. On this basis, entropy-weight method is used to determine the weights of competency indexes at all levels, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to score security competency. The computerized solving is realized with the help of Matlab programming. The results show that the entropy-weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the post safety competence of coal mine special operations personnel is feasible.
