Abstract
Finite volume method (FVM) was applied to calculate the effects of different rotating speed, the location of oil feed holes, oil supply pressures and cavitation on performance of conrod big-end bearing by the bearing design software. The result shows that FVM can accurately determine the cavitation regions and the regions that are fully flooded, and it is more fitted to the fact.
