Abstract

Mesh phasing has a dramatic impact on the static and dynamic behavior of planetary gear system; The purpose of this paper is to study the phase coupling phenomenon and mechanism of multistage planetary transmission system. The phase coupling mechanism of the two-stage planetary transmission system was described from the perspective of vibration modes, and the coupling relationship among the phase, mode and vibration forms of the system is also discussed. The coupling vibration results of the two-stage planetary transmission system were studied and verified by simulation calculation, which further proved the phase coupling law of the multi-stage planetary transmission system.
