Abstract
By adding the spin-spin dipole interaction in the conventional Hamiltonian, a theoretical analysis of the experimental magnetization of rare earth compound Ho2Co14Fe3 is performed with the aid of parameter-fitting method. It is shown that when the theoretical parameters are adequately fixed, the calculated magnetization curve is in agreement with that of the magnetic experiments, and the transition of magnetic moment is explained.
