Analysis of flight stability and rear flow field of the cargo projectile

Abstract

Flight stability and rear flow fields of the cargo projectile were studied by simulation test and numerical computation. The cargo projectile can fly stably and the results of simulation test agree well with numerical computation. In addition, the rear pressure distribution was also obtained by numerical computation, showing that there are eddy-current zones at the bomb rear, which will increase with the flight speed.
