Abstract

In the field of aviation power supply, the aviation high-voltage DC power supply system has become a research hotspot worldwide. Currently, most DC-DC converters in aviation power systems adopt DAB and resonant converter topologies. They use high-frequency transformers for isolation, but as the converter's switching frequency increases, iron loss and copper loss rise accordingly. This paper proposes a new circuit topology that replaces the high-frequency transformer with a common-mode low-pass filter and an LC resonant network. This structure can achieve electrical isolation, eliminate iron loss and copper loss, thereby improving overall efficiency and reducing equipment weight. Additionally, it features a high input-output voltage ratio, providing an ideal solution for aviation power supply systems.
