An applied research on big data analysis and mining technology in education

Abstract

With the development of modern industry and information technology, data resources have become more and more important factors of production. Big Data thinking is the product of this environment. The key to maximizing the role of big data lies in its application. In the context of the rapid development of data mining technology around the world, many industries have benefited from the application of big data analysis. But it's application in education still needs to be researched and expanded. Education big data can teach students in accordance with their aptitude, discover the laws of education and support scientific educational decisions. As an important basis for judging students' mastery of knowledge in various subjects, students' score can directly reflect the comprehensive development level of students. This paper realizes the grouping strategy in teaching through the data mining of students' score. This grouping is beneficial to not only the integrated teaching, but also to the individualized teaching. Teachers can teach students in accordance with their aptitude. It is of great significance to provide feedback and adjustment information for the subsequent teaching and learning process.
