Abstract

For a kind of double-roller production line and its distributed computer controlling system, a new method is put forward, which uses dynamic burden distribution between rollers to reduce latency time and improve the working rhythm. Using the high quality schedule-setup program as simulatior, collecting experience of workers to establish a fuzzy controller and combining them to form a optimizing iterative process, this method tries to seek a middle billet height and temperature which will make the billet has the lest time difference between rollers. Off-line simulation and on-site test prove its feasibility.
