N2 - Based on RT BrakeHydraulics software library and MK20 pressure modulator, a simulation model for hydraulic brake system is built, based on which a quantitative analysis is conducted on the relationship among stepped release control cycle (or duty cycle), pressure difference and the changing rate of wheel cylinder pressure, so providing a basis for determining the duty cycle of stepped release control for braking-related control systems such as ABS, ASR and ESP etc.
