abstract = "The microwave resonator has been widely used in the field of object heating as a typical microwave device. In this paper, an accurate simulation model of the microwave heating resonator (MHR) with high matching structure is proposed. The whole network of the model is tested and the dielectric constants of the main materials of the heating resonator are measured. As a result, the accuracy of simulation in the vital frequency band is improved to more than 90\%. Simulations and measurements indicate that proposed model provides a solid theoretical basis for the study of microwave heating resonator.",
