Abstract
A green method for regioselective hydrophosphinylation of α,β-unsaturated ketones using alkylaluminium compounds has been developed. It proceeds without acids, bases, or additives, yielding γ-ketophosphine oxides efficiently. This process offers excellent atom economy, functional group tolerance, and high yields in a short time.
