N2 - With the development of GNSS, more argumentation systems are under construction to meet extremely strict demand of high safety civilian aviation. Commonly the criterion of precision and integrity are realized by differential calculation and integrity monitor, both of which should take causes of pseudo-range errors into account. Ionosphere is the component in pseudo-range errors calculations that is the most difficult to model, especially under vigorous solar activity condition. This paper proposes an adaptive ionosphere prediction algorithm using re-sampling algorithm to predict ionosphere delay at grids in SBAS architecture. A modified filtering framework is proposed, and statistical characteristics of innovation are estimated by re-sampling innovation calculations in a short time span. The measurement noise is timely updated according to its relationship with innovation. Experiments demonstrate advantages of the new framework with aspect of prediction accuracy.
