Abstract

Conventional metallic metasurfaces are difficult to achieve active tuning once a structure is fabricated. We propose a method to realize actively tunable metasurfaces by graphenemetal hybrid structures. Tunable metasurface lenses in midinfrared and terahertz frequencies are designed.
