Abstract

This paper introduces a robot automatic inspection system for intelligent warehouse based on RFID technology. In the warehouse there is a RFID tag on each storage goods, and RFID tags are attached on the floor to provide robot the localization information. The robot's control and sensor system adopt embedded system with high performance and low power consumption to ensure its compute and endurance capacity. RFID tag, visual, and odometer information are fused to accomplish robot's autonomous navigation and recharging in warehouse. The Automatic Inspection system can patrol the warehouse, collect storage information and find goods' location, which can greatly improve the efficiency of the automatic warehouse goods management system.
