A report about suggestions on developing E-learning in China

Abstract

The article presents a number of suggestions on elearning development to Chinese government, which are based on strategy analysis of Chinese Education Ministry. The study addresses main focuses on government leadership and current strategies of e-learning. The suggested approaches cover a variety of hemispheres that mainly involve cooperation programs, government influences, technology equipments, policies, and e-learning in higher education.
