N2 - Fractionated satellite system is a new technology to lower the cost of traditional satellite system, it can also bring scalability, adaptability, flexibility, and robustness into satellite network. This paper has designed and simulated a new fractionated satellite system which supports real-time data transmission, simulation results show that the whole system runs stably, and has a good performance.
