Abstract
A free-standing PTO/graphene composite cathode is developed for aqueous iron-ion batteries, enabling a reversible Fe2+ coordination storage mechanism. The battery exhibits stable cycling performance and good pouch-cell feasibility, offering a sustainable and environmentally friendly strategy for next-generation iron-based energy storage systems.
