Abstract

Based on battery VSI and the model of indirect rotor filed orientation control of induction motor, a new speed compensation algorithm offsets the stator voltage loss at low speed, which is produced by a PI regulator resulting from the electromagnetic torque feedback. There is only one PI regulator in the new IRFOC system less than the traditional double PI regulator system, which has good torque control ability, especially at start-up. In this paper, relative theoretic analysis and experiment is done.
