Abstract

A thermoregulated phase-separable Rh nanocatalyst exhibited high performance in the hydroformylation of styrene, even after 20 recycles. Most strikingly, the TON reached up to 101850, which is far higher than the highest value ever reported for this reaction. Besides, the catalytically active species of rhodium complexes were preliminary explored via a mercury experiment and FT-IR.
