N2 - This paper presents a dual circular polarized feed system, which comprises an enhanced multiport turnstile junction and a corrugated circular horn with high aperture efficiency. The feed system operates in the K/Ka bands with polarization diversity, achieving both right-and left-hand circular polarizations, which is particularly suitable in space reflector antennas for satellite communications applications. The feed system is designed, manufactured and measured. Measured results are in very good agreement with simulated ones. The results show that in both K-and Ka-bands, the return losses, LHCP to RHCP isolations, port isolations, and cross polarization levels are better than 25 dB, 22 dB, 58 dB, and 32dB, respectively.
