Abstract

Wavelength interrogation technology is the key technology of optical fiber sensors. A FBG sensor demodulation system is introduced based on tunable fiber F-P filter and DSP chip. A fast, stable and high resolution demodulation algorithm is demonstrated. Wavelength resolution of 2 pm and wavelength measure range of 50 nm are achieved. The DSP chip is used to control the optical scanning system, datum acquisition and processing. The demodulation speed of the system is improved.
