Abstract
In order to meet the demand of high-precision acquisition for different types of signals in the flight test experiment of the shells, based on the signal conditioning, the data recorder was designed, and the power supply noise, signal input noise and ADC quantization noise which affect the acquisition accuracy was considered. The data recorder used FPGA as the control chip. Based on hardware analog filtering, the ADC was driven to collect the signals of ICP sensor, charge and voltage. After using digital filtering combined with oversampling technology and filtering algorithms, the data was framed and stored. The experiment results show that the maximum absolute error is ±200 μV in the acquisition range of ±5 V. In the impact test of 20 000 g, the error is only 5.6%, which meets the test requirements. The data recorder has certain engineering application value in testing missile parameters.
