Abstract
The assembly of complex aerospace product (such as aircraft and satellites) is a typical discrete manufacturing process characterized by intricate procedures. high reliance on manual labor, strong resource dynamism, and the intercoupling of multiple critical factors. These features result in poor overall planning and adaptability to the abnormal production in the final assembly line, which affects operational effectiveness. To address the assembly production needs of the large-scale complex aerospace products.a process control method integrating manufacturing resources- process design and digital management for the final assembly line was proposed. Through specific production control measures such as collaborative reconfigurable design of final assembly line. coordinated process-e-quipment management for product changeovers. digital logistics control and the application of digital twin technology. the process reengineering and control method for aerospace product final assembly line was investigated, forming a new model tailored to the manufacturing process of aerospace products. In engineering applications. the collaborative reconfigurable design of equipment and digital operation and maintenance control method enabled operational solutions for handling abnormal events in the final assembly line manufacturing process. The key technologies and specific-workflows for process reengineering and operation of final assembly lines were analyzed. The operational model of process reengineering for aerospace product final assembly lines through practical engineering experience was consolidated.providing new planning insights for the construction of digital.intelligent.and flexible final assembly lines.
