Abstract
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is an important method to identify the structure of organic compounds, which has been widely used in chemistry, biomedicine, materials and food. Variable temperature NMR is one of the important technologies to analyze the dynamic structure of organic compounds. In this paper, a Lewis acid-base pair of boron-nitrogen complex is used as research object. The proton and boron NMR spectra of the complex at different temperatures are tested by variable temperature NMR, and the experimental results are discussed. The experiment can help to deepen students' cognition of large-scale instruments and equipment, improve their scientific research practice ability, cultivate their ability to solve and analyze problems, and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
