According to the requirements of precise perception, precise command, precise attack, precise assessment and precise support in the new era, the difficulties and pain points in the acquisition and use of ammunition damage assessment data are analyzed, the research status of ammunition damage effect assessment technology is sorted out, the ammunition damage effect assessment technology system is constructed, and the future development trend of ammunition damage effect assessment technology is prospected.
