Abstract
Application of synchronized phasor measurements improves estimation accuracy of voltage-to-power sensitivity greatly for distribution networks. A robust estimation method of voltage-to-power sensitivity for smart distribution network based on synchronized phasor measurements is proposed in this paper. Firstly, voltage-to-power sensitivity estimation is realized based on historical data and real-time data of measurements using least square estimation method. Furthermore, a least absolute estimation method weighted by hat values is proposed to suppress impact of the bad data in power and voltage measurements. The process of residual analysis and bad data deletion of least square estimation method is avoided with this method. Efficiency and reliability of computation is improved and robust estimation of voltage-to-power sensitivity is realized. Finally, case studies on IEEE 33-node test feeder verify correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
