Abstract
Based on the phase modulation of spatial light field by silica-based titanium dioxide nano-pillars and fresnel diffraction theory, a metasurface design method based on conjugate gradient optimization algorithm is proposed. The selected wavelength can be filtered at any diffraction angle in the visible band by this algorithm. At diffraction angles of 15° and 30°, in the wavelength range of 400~780nm, single-wavelength filtering on the wavelength of RGB has been performed. The numerical simulation results show that the metasurface obtained by this algorithm can accurately generate the target intensity spectrum at a predetermined diffraction angle.
