Research fields: The growth mechanism and physical properties of thin films; Nonmetallic plasmon materials, low dimensional materials and devices and their applications in physics.
Experimental conditions: Vacuum coating laboratory: including magnetron sputtering, ion beam assisted sputtering deposition, electron beam evaporation, molecular beam epitaxial coating machine system; Uv exposure laboratory, capable of conducting basic micromachining experiments; Simple photoelectric characteristic measurement device.

He graduated from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2005 with a Doctor of Science degree.

2005-2008 Postdoctoral research at Tsinghua University.
Since June 2008, he has been working in Beijing Institute of Technology,

Research Achievement
I have led and completed one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one project funded by the Ministry of Education for Doctoral Programs, and participated in multiple projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. I have also led and completed one project funded by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and multiple projects funded by various funds within Beijing Institute of Technology. I have published over 40 SCI papers as a major author
