1. Personal Introduction:
In 2003, he graduated from the Department of Optoelectronics Engineering, School of Information Science and Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology with a doctor degree in engineering. From 2003 to 2005, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 2005 to 2005, he taught at the School of Optoelectronics, Beijing Institute of Technology. In 2006, he was selected into the Beijing Science and Technology New Star Program. In 2008-2009 and 2013, he conducted research visits at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and Stevens Institute of Technology in the United States.
He is responsible for teaching and research in remote sensing imaging and information processing, spectral detection and analysis, infrared imaging technology, biometric recognition technology (face, iris, vein), machine learning and recognition, intelligent imaging and control, etc. It undertakes a number of scientific research tasks such as the national key research and development program and the National Natural Science Foundation, has published more than 60 papers, a number of SCI, EI indexed, and applied for more than 10 patents.
Undergraduate courses photoelectric Imaging Principle and Technology (national quality courses), photoelectric imaging system practice, artificial intelligence vision system design and practice, professional science and technology English reading; The postgraduate courses of optical and photoelectric detection system, artificial intelligence and biometric recognition won the second prize of the 8th Beijing Institute of Technology Young Teachers' Basic Teaching Skills Competition.
