Weng Yuhua, a member of the China Democratic League, is a special associate researcher and master tutor at the School of Medical Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology. Research directions: (1) Development of nucleic acid molecule-based drugs and imaging probes, including application research of nucleic acid drugs based on small interfering RNA, mRNA, ASO, CRISPR/Cas gene editing system, aptamer, etc.; (2) Nucleic acid delivery technology, including molecular conjugation technology, exosomes, degradable polymers, lipid nanoparticle delivery technology, etc.; (3) AI-assisted nucleic acid drug design and optimization, and developed artificial intelligence algorithms for sequence optimization and delivery formulation optimization of mRNA and other nucleic acid drugs. In the past five years, he has published more than 10 SCI papers as the first/corresponding author, including 3 papers with high ESI citation and 8 papers with impact factor >10; Has undertaken the National Natural Science Foundation, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, key research and development plan sub-projects, horizontal projects of pharmaceutical enterprises, etc. Obtained 3 authorized patents; He is a young editorial board member of Wiley Publishing's journal Exploration and a member of several academic societies. Research Interests


(1) Development of drugs and imaging probes based on nucleic acid molecules, including small interfering RNA, mRNA, ASO, CRISPR/Cas gene editing system, aptamer, etc.;
