Research Interests
He has been engaged in the teaching and research work of low-temperature plasma physics and application and electrostatic technology for a long time. His research fields include atmospheric and low-pressure discharge plasma sources, plasma nonlinear phenomena, low-temperature plasma surface modification and material technology, plasma and electromagnetic wave interaction, electrostatic testing and detection, electrostatic safety and protection, etc.
Education
He received his master's degree from the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1991 and his Ph. D. degree from the Beijing Institute of Technology in 1999. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Toulouse, France, from 2000 to 2002.
Professional Experience
Member of the electrostatic Professional Committee of Chinese Physical Society, member of the plasma professional committee of Chinese Mechanics Society. Selected in 2005 Ministry of Education New century outstanding talent program. He is currently a professor at the School of Physics, Beijing Institute of Technology.
Research Achievement
He has published more than 50 papers.
