Personal profile
In December 2020, he joined the Materials Surface Engineering research group of Beijing Institute of Technology, and is currently serving as an associate professor and doctoral supervisor, teaching undergraduate courses such as Physical Chemistry, Transmission Principle and postgraduate courses such as Material Modification and Surface Engineering. His main research interests are the development of new technology for the preparation of functional coatings and the study of material service behavior in extreme environments. He has many years of research experience and achievements in the fields of superhydrophobic anti-icing coating, flame preparation nano coating, plasma preparation thin film coating, surface coating of colloidal particles, and in-situ failure analysis of dielectric materials under high electric field. At present, it has been approved by the National Natural Fund. As the first or corresponding author, he has published 12 academic papers in top journals in the field of material surface interface science such as Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials and ACS Nano.

1. Large-scale application of functional coatings; 2. Vapor phase synthetic deposition nano coating; 3. Surface interface failure of material in extreme environment; 4. Colloidal particles self-assembly.
